• All fees are fixed, written, and communicated before you start
• Third-party application fees, if any, are paid by you directly
• We never take a commission from third-party outcomes
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

You agree to provide true, complete and current information. We cannot be responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or withheld information. You remain responsible for decisions about your programmes, institutions and finances.

Programme outcomes are determined by implementation and evaluation. We do not guarantee specific results, and any document implying otherwise should be reported to us.
