Saurav Mohanty is an education policy and programme management professional with over a decade of experience partnering with government institutions, development organisations, and multi-stakeholder initiatives to strengthen public education systems. As Head of Programmes, he brings extensive expertise in large-scale education reforms, policy analysis, and strategic planning, notably contributing to the World Bank-supported STARS (Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States) project to improve school governance and quality.

His work spans complex project coordination, inter-departmental engagement, and evidence-based planning across foundational learning, teacher development, and educational data systems.
