04 — Our Way of Working
From evidence to action.
Good educational change is not simply designed. It is tested, implemented, understood and sustained. Every engagement moves through the same six stages.
- 01 Research Understand the system as it is.
- 02 Design Build with evidence and context.
- 03 Implement Support change on the ground.
- 04 Evaluate Measure what actually works.
- 05 Learn Turn findings into understanding.
- 06 Scale Grow what holds.
